Do I have to buy the whole system to start?
No. Most firms start with lease abstraction alone — credits or a monthly plan — because it pays for itself on the first few leases. Everything you abstract is already building your workspace in the background, so moving up to the full CRE OS later is a switch, not a migration.
Does the lease really populate everything?
The lease is the spine — it gives us every property, every key date and every contractual obligation, which is most of what a working system needs on day one. Some things naturally live alongside the lease (rent review outcomes, service charge actuals, side letters, viewings and deal status) and get layered in over time, some automatically and some by your team. We're upfront about that: the lease gets you most of the way, fast, and the rest fills in as you work.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your documents are processed in an isolated, private workspace, and no data is used to train any AI model. We sign a data processing agreement and an NDA before any pilot, your data lives in a database you own and can export at any time, and our sub-processors are disclosed in writing.
How accurate are the abstracts — and is this legal advice?
Our pipeline is purpose-built for UK commercial leases and accuracy on standard terms is high. Every field carries a confidence flag, and anything ambiguous is highlighted so you know exactly where to check against the source. Abstracts are a structured summary to support your professionals — not legal advice — and for critical dates (break notice windows, expiry, rent review) we always recommend verifying against the source lease.
Can the workspace match how my role actually works?
Yes. Tell us whether you're a leasing agent, asset manager or landlord — and whether you're acting landlord-side or tenant-side — and the workspace opens to the views and language that fit. It's the same underlying system and single source of truth; only the lens changes.
Do I have to switch systems?
No. Your data exports cleanly to CSV or Excel and into systems like Yardi, Qube, Re-Leased and AppFolio via integration. You can run Agenovas alongside what you have, or let it replace the spreadsheet stack entirely — your call.
